A film that is turning out to be one of the biggest in terms of scale and casting, Vijay's Thalapathy 64 is being directed by Kaithi fame Lokesh Kanagaraj. A production venture of Vijay’s close relative, Xavier Britto’s XB Films Creators’ Thalapathy 64 will see composer Anirudh Ravichander scoring the music in light of the summer 2020 worldwide theatrical release plan. With the second schedule on the film being carried out in Delhi over the past few days, popular VJ turned actress Ramya Subaramanian has now joined the Vijay 64 cast in an important supporting role. Ramya Subramanian has been revealed to be working on Thalapathy 64 for nearly 20 days now and will also be shooting in Chennai once the ongoing schedule is completed. The star has also stated that she considers herself as being lucky as she has hosted audio launches of Vijay’s films in the past with the most recent one being, Bigil, which took place last month. Thalapathy 64 already includes a massive leading star cast apart from Vijay among whom are names like ‘Makkal Selvan’ Vijay Sethupathi, Petta actress Malavika Mohanan, Shanthanu Bhagyaraj and Antony Varghese of Angamaly Diaries and Jallikattu fame.
