A couple of weeks back we had reported that ace Baahubali film director SS Rajamouli was tested positive for COVID-19. Not just him, but even his family too had mild symptoms and were asked to quarantine themselves. Apparently, it was a mild COVID virus attack with slight fever. SS Rajamouli had taken to his Twitter space to clarify his fans that he was doing fine - “My family members and I developed a slight fever few days ago. It subsided by itself but we got tested nevertheless. The result has shown a mild COVID positive today. We have home quarantined as prescribed by the doctors. All of us are feeling better with no symptoms but are following all precautions and instructions... Just waiting to develop antibodies so that we can donate our plasma...” It’s almost been 2 weeks since he got tested positive for COVID-19 and now SS Rajamouli has confirmed that he is COVID-19 free, so are his wife and son. SS Rajamouli’s latest tweet reads as follows - “Completed 2 weeks of quarantine! No symptoms. Tested just for the sake of it... It is negative for all of us... Doctor said we need to wait 3 weeks from now to see if we've developed enough antibodies for plasma donation!” We just can’t we for this master director to get back working again.

Following the phenomenal success of the Baahubali franchise, director SS Rajamouli is now busy on his next magnum opus - RRR. This period epic, which is said to be a fictional take on the lives of the freedom fighters Alluri Sitarama Raju and Komaram Bheem, is being on a grand scale with an ensemble star cast. Ram Charan will be seen as Sitarama Raju while Jr NTR is playing Bheem's role. Rajamouli and his team are getting ready to resume shooting from next month and the recce work is already in progress. Rajamouli has decided to shoot a few important portions at Nalgonda Fort. Initially, these portions were planned to be shot in Pune, but owing to the high positive Corona cases there, the ace filmmaker has gone for a change of plans. It is also added that Rajamouli is planning to shoot the remaining portions of the film in and around Hyderabad since travelling to other states or countries for the next few months is going to be quite risky.
