Salman Khan's highly anticipated next film, Radhe is all set to have a first of its kind release. Radhe will be the first Indian film to have a simultaneous release in theatres and OTT. As already planned, the film will release on May 13 for the Ramzan weekend. The official announcement regarding the release plans was made this afternoon and it has created a sensational buzz on social media. The fans are eagerly looking forward to the film's release and we can expect the movie to take a very good opening. At the same time, we will have to wait for a few more days to know if the theatre owners will oppose this move, considering the fact that the OTT release is also on the same day.

Radhe will release on the Zee Plex streaming platform on the pay per view basis. The official statement from the makers read, "The perfect Eid celebration! #Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai, releasing simultaneously on multiple platforms worldwide. #RadheThisEid". Radhe is directed by blockbuster filmmaker, Prabhu Deva and this is his third film with Salman Khan after Wanted and Dabangg 3. Produced by Sohail Khan Productions and Salman Khan Films in association with Reel Life Production Private Limited, the film features Disha Patani as the female lead. Radhe features an ensemble star cast that includes the likes of Jackie Shroff , Randeep Hooda, Sudhanshu Pandey, Gautam Gulati, Govind Namdev, Arjun Kanungo, and others.

Tamil actors Bharath and Megha Akash will also be seen in important roles in this high octane action entertainer. Radhe has cinematography by Ayananka Bose and editing by Ritesh Soni. The film's songs are composed by Sajid - Wajid, Devi Sri Prasad, and Himesh Reshammiya, while the background score will be taken care of by Sanchit Balhara and Ankit Balhara. Radhe is in the final stages of post production and the team is right on track for the release on May 13. The move to release the film in the theatres and on OTT at the same time has received a mixed response from the people.
