According to reports, Jordan Connor and Jinjara Mitchell, 29, tied the knot in the presence of up to fifty family members and close friends at Vancouver Island's four-star boutique hotel Long Beach Lodge Resort. In the picture from the wedding, Jinjara is a sight to behold in her white-lace Anne Barge wedding gown, while the half-Asian groom wore a Suitsupply tuxedo which had been purchased from a nearby Nordstrom. According to PEOPLE, like Connor, Mitchell too is an actor and told Brides that they first met in 2012 during an acting class. The couple got engaged on a beach near Tofino, British Columbia, in September 2018. At the time, Mitchell said, "It was sunset on the beach, and as Jordan got on one knee, the tide came in and soaked us. But it was the best day of our lives, up until yesterday, of course!" She later made the announcement of their engagement on Instagram writing, "Yes, yes, YES! All the best days of my life so far have been with you, Jordan. September 22, 2018, is another one of those days. You are my best friend and the love of my life. Spending a lifetime with you sounds like the most fun adventure I can imagine. Let's do this!"
