The Salaar trailer release date poster features Prabhas atop a jeep and firing away his machine gun at all those opposing him, thereby reminding fans once again that the film is going to be packed with explosive visuals.
Sharing the new Prabhas film poster, the team wrote on X, "Gear up for an explosive celebrationsð¥#SalaarCeaseFire Trailer is set to detonate on Dec 1st at 7:19 PM ð¥Happy Deepavali Everyone ðª " (sic) The highly-anticipated Prashanth Neel directorial is scheduled for a grand theatrical release on December 22 ahead of the Christmas holidays, and there are massive expectations for the filmmaker to come out firing on all cylinders after the spectacular box-office successes of his KGF films with Kannada superstar 'Rocking Star' Yash. Ever since Salaar rolled into production in early 2021, there have been speculations about the possibilities of the film existing in the same universe as KGF and fans will be waiting with bated breath to see what Prashanth Neel and Prabhas have in store for them next month.
Salaar: Part 1 - CeaseFire will see Prabhas sharing screen space alongside a talented star cast featuring the likes of leading Tamil actress Shruti Haasan, who is playing the female lead Aadya, while Malayalam superstar Prithviraj Sukumaran is the antagonist Vardharaja Mannaar. The ensemble cast includes Jagapathi Babu, Tinnu Anand, Easwari Rao, Sriya Reddy, Ramachandra Raju, Madhu Guruswamy, among others, while composer Ravi Basrur, who previously delivered chart-topping hit songs and power-packed background scores in the KGF films is expected to leave the feet-tapping once again in the new Prashanth Neel directorial.
