The hype around Radhe Shyam has been stirring up for quite some months now. The release of various trailers, songs, teasers, glimpses, etc. has only been helping the film gain more traction and audience members. Produced by Bhushan Kumar, Vamsi, and Pramod under the banner UV Creations, the makers are giving it their all to make the film too more appealing to the audience who have waited three years to see Prabhas on the big screens, who was last seen in 2019's Saaho. In order to make Radhe Shyam more fitting for the audience and cater to their needs, the team has now decided to cut the film short by making certain edits to it.

The censored version of Radhe Shyam had a runtime of 150 minutes earlier, but now the tickets are showing a runtime of approximately 138 minutes. Multiple cuts and additions were incorporated into the final cut of the film, thereby shortening its runtime by 12 minutes. It is reported that a total of 56 modifications were made, out of which 49 came from the makers' end. Some scenes were trimmed by a few seconds and a few other sequences were cut short by two-five whole minutes. However, it has also been revealed that a few additions were made too to compensate for the changes made in Radhe Shyam.
