Following the critically acclaimed success of Sarpatta Parambarai, director Pa Ranjith is now ready with his next film, Natchathiram Nagargiradhu. The first look poster of the film was unveiled this evening (July 6) and the poster instantly grabs our attention. The poster looks intriguing and piques our curiosity. The first look keeps us puzzled and it seems like a very unique film is coming up from the celebrated filmmaker. The first look has an artistic touch and has been beautifully designed. It introduces us to the central characters of the movie. Kalidas Jayaram and Kalaiyarasan play the lead roles, alongside Dushara Vijayan who made a solid debut with Sarpatta Parambarai.
Natchathiram Nagargiradhu will be a love story that will also depict the multiple layers of politics involved with love. Pa Ranjith, being a bold filmmaker, would indeed have an interesting take on love this time and the fans are eagerly looking forward to watching the film. Interestingly, the film marks Pa Ranjith's return to the romance genre after his debut film, Attakathi. Produced by Pa Ranjith's Neelam Productions in association with Vignesh Sundaresan and Manoj Leonel Jahson's Yaazhi Films, Natchathiram Nagargiradhu has music composed by Tenma.
For the first time, Pa Ranjith has opted to work with a different composer than Santhosh Narayanan who has been the music director for all of Pa Ranjith's films so far. Selva RK has edited the film which has art direction by Jayaragu and stunt choreography by Stunner Sam. Uma Devi and Arivu have penned the lyrics for the songs. Through the first look, the makers have confirmed that Natchathiram Nagargiradhu will have a theatrical release. Meanwhile, Pa Ranjith is also busy with the pre production works of his next movie starring Chiyaan Vikram and the project is tentatively titled Chiyaan 61.
