Telugu superstar Jr. NTR's first big venture after the spectacular global success of RRR, the tentatively titled NTR 30, will have its muhurtam ceremony held on March 23, the upcoming film's production banners NTR Arts and Yuvasudha Arts announced on Saturday, March 18. The upcoming film is touted to be a high-octane action entertainer and is the second time the actor is collaborating with hit director Koratala Siva after their 2016 blockbuster Janatha Garage. NTR 30 will roll into production soon after the muhurtam ceremony and the team will be hoping to complete filming this year ahead of the film's planned release on April 5, 2024.
NTR 30 is carrying a huge buzz in the trade and will see Jr. NTR paired opposite national sensation Janhvi Kapoor, who is making her Telugu cinema debut, and her casting is said to be one of the biggest to happen in recent times. The film has 'Rockstar' Anirudh Ravichander composing the songs and the background score and his inclusion will no doubt be a major USP considering he has been in glorious form over the last few years. NTR 30 will also see several leading technicians coming together to display their skills among whom include cinematographer Rathnavelu, editor A. The excitement for NTR 30 has been massive among fans ever since it was announced as it will see Jr. NTR appearing on the big screen for the first time after the stunning response to RRR in several parts of the world, including the US and Japan where the film went on to create several new records. The SS Rajamouli-directed period action entertainer saw the actor sharing screen space with fellow Telugu superstar Ram Charan, with their dance in the 'Naatu Naatu' song turning out to be a rage among Western audiences, while also recently earning the Oscar for the Best Original Song at the 95th Academy Awards.
