Tamil actor-producer Udhayanidhi Stalin's Nenjuku Needhi teaser will be releasing on Sunday (February 6) at 6:30 p.m., producer Boney Kapoor has announced. Produced by the Bayview Projects LLP and Romeo Pictures banners in association with Zee Studios, the film has been directed by Kanaa fame Arunraja Kamaraj and is an official remake of the critically-acclaimed 2019 Bollywood film, Article 15. Nenjukku Needhi will see Udhayanidhi playing the role of a police officer, who investigates the death of two girls in a village. Below is the Nenjuku Needhi teaser release announcement:

Nenjuku Needhi as been carrying a massive buzz right from the moment it was announced as its story will be dealing with social issues, including caste atrocities and politics, sexual assault, while also shedding light on flogging incidents. There is a lot of excitement for the upcoming film as it is also Arunraja Kamaraj's second directorial after his Kanaa, which had Aishwarya Rajesh in the lead role, and fans expect him to deliver yet another memorable venture. Considering Nenjuku Needhi is the remake of Article 15, which featured Ayushmann Khurrana in the lead role, there will be comparisons on Udhayanidhi Stalin's performance and the actor will be looking to come out with flying colors.
Udhayanidhi Stalin is paired opposite actress Tanya Ravichandran in Nenjuku Needhi alongside an ensemble cast featuring the likes of Bigg Boss Tamil season 4 stars Aari and Suresh Chakravarthy, followed by Shivani Rajashekar, Yamini Chander, Ilavarasan, Mayilsamy, Abdool Lee, and Ratsasan Saravanan cast in pivotal roles. Dhibu Ninan Thomas, who delivered chartbusters in Kanaa, is the composer for the neo-noir crime film, which also includes cinematographer Dinesh Krishnan. B, editor Ruben, art directors Vinoth Rajkumar and Lalgudi N Ilayaraja, followed by dialogues written by Tamizharasan Pachamuthu, while lyrics have been penned by Yugabharathi and Arunraja Kamaraj and, 'Stunner' Sam is has handled the action sequences.
