As a major relief for moviemakers, the Tamil Nadu Government as part of their lockdown relaxation plans had announced that some post-production works involving lesser members can be carried out from May 11th. Editing, Dubbing, DI, Re-Recording, Sound Designing/Mixing and VFX/Animation were the post-production works that was given permission. A maximum of 5 people will only be allowed to work in a studio, working members should wear masks and maintain social distancing, the workplace should be sanitised properly are some of the important guidelines provided by the government in order to resume the post-production works.
Thalapathy Vijay's Master is one of the most awaited films of this year and the big release was postponed due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. Following the government's announcement, the team of Master has resumed the editing work from today (May 11th) and the news comes as a delight for the fans. The remaining post-production works are expected to be wrapped soon and Master will be out on the big screens as soon as the theatres open.
Kamal Haasan's Indian 2, Sivakarthikeyan's Doctor, Vishal's Chakra, Jayam Ravi's Bhoomi and Nayanthara's Mookuthi Amman are some of the other big projects that have resumed post-production works as well.
