Superstar Mahesh Babu's last release was the Anil Ravipudi directorial Sarileru Neekevvaru, which hit the screens for this year's Sankranthi festival. This movie went head to head with Stylish Star Allu Arjun's Ala Vaikuntapurramuloo at the Box Office and both the movies made it big with record collections. Mahesh Babu was initially supposed to work with Vamsi Paidipally for his 27th film but due to few undisclosed reasons that film was dropped and now his next film will be directed by Parasuram of Geetha Govindam fame.
Mythri Movie Makers made it official that Parasuram will be directing the film and they also promised to announce more details about Mahesh 27 today at 9.09 AM. As promised the makers have now made the special announcement as a tribute Mahesh Babu’s father Superstar Krishna. This Parasuram directorial has been titled Sarkaru Vaari Paata. The makers have also shared an intriguing first look of the film which doesn’t reveal the entire face of Mahesh Babu. The actor is on a winning streak with his last three films turning out to do well at the box office. He will be hoping to score a double hattrick with Sarkaru Vaari Paata.
