Maamannan is the next big project of the Oscar Award-winning composer A.R. Rahman. The film has created a huge excitement as it's helmed by Mari Selvaraj and is said to be the last film of actor Udhayanidhi Stalin as he took oath as a Tamil Nadu Assembly minister last year. The film also has 'Vaigai Puyal' Vadivelu in a pivotal role. The first single from the film, Raasa Kannu, was sung by the legendary actor and became viral. The second single from the film was released recently. Jigu Jigu Rail song video featured a bunch of kids with A.R. Rahman dancing to the song. It became a trending number.
The song video of Jigu Jigu Rail from Maamannan was choreographed by Sandy master and the kids who were present in the video were a part of his dance group. Galatta Media did an exclusive interview with the children as they shared their experiences with the music composer. When asked how the Oscar-winning composer interacted with the kids one of them said A.R. Rahman came and spoke to them and shook their hands. When asked how he danced in the film, one of the kids said he danced very well and it was very surprising for them as he was the music composer and they had not seen him dance before.
One of the parents of a Child who was a part of the Jigu Jigu Rail song video from Maamannan said "the music composer A.R. Rahman was there the whole day and spent the whole time mostly in the set and did not talk much rest in the caravan." Another parent said the kids were energetic throughout the day at the set and that A.R. Rahman was very simple. With the release of the second single from the film the makers also announced the trailer and audio launch of the movie will happen on 1st June. The anticipated film also has Keerthy Suresh playing the female lead and Fahad Faasil in an important role.
