'Thalapathy' Vijay's Leo has wrapped up its first major schedule in Kashmir and the team is en route to Chennai, latest photos posted by the film's crew on social media have revealed. An exclusive chartered flight carrying the upcoming film's cast and crew is scheduled to depart from the Srinagar Airport at 1 p.m. and arrive in Chennai at around 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 23. Special boarding passes have also been printed for the Leo crew, with pictures from the Srinagar Airport in Kashmir now taking social media by storm. Check out the pics below:
Upon returning to Chennai, team Leo is expected to take a short break and resume filming for the next schedule in the city in the days ahead, with production also reportedly being planned in Hyderabad. The cast and crew, including Vijay, director Lokesh Kanagaraj, actresses Trisha Krishnan, Priya Anand, among others, have been shooting the mass action thriller in Kashmir since early February, with filmmakers Gautham Menon and Mysskin finishing their portions in the film earlier this month. Bollywood superstar Sanjay Dutt, who is playing the antagonist in Leo, too had taken part in the Kashmir schedule alongside Vijay, with a special video being released officially by the film's production banner, 7 Screen Studio.
With the Leo team all set to return to Chennai, we can expect the cast and crew to resume filming soon, and Sanjay Dutt too will be joining Vijay and the other cast members for key sequences once again. Other cast members like 'Action King' Arjun, Mansoor Ali Khan, and choreographer Sandy master too are expected to be a part of the film's Chennai schedule. Announced to be a pan-Indian release and featuring music composed by Anirudh Ravichander, Leo will be coming out in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi languages, and open in theatres worldwide on October 19 as a grand Ayudha pooja release.
