Keerthy Suresh's Good Luck Sakhi was announced to hit the screens on November 26 and the fans were looking forward to witnessing the film on the big screens. However, there is a change of plan in the film's release as the makers have postponed the d-day. Earlier today (November 15), the makers officially announced that Good Luck Sakhi will be released in theatres on December 10, two weeks after the initially announced date. This change of plan is to accommodate the film with better screens, keeping in mind the benefit of the distributors and theatre exhibitors.

The update was shared through a statement from the film's producer Sudheer Chandra. The official statement read, Owing to many reasons, including us being able to manage good theatre space across languages being the primary concern and markets just opening up to many challenges of dates and adjustments among our own colleagues, we have found that 10th December will be ideal for our film to be released theatrically around the world. Being extremely confident about what we have in store with us for you all, we are sure our film will do great and be an amazing theatrical experience for one and all.

Directed by acclaimed filmmaker Nagesh Kukunoor, the film features Aadhi and Jagapathi Babu in supporting roles, alongside Rahul Ramakrishna, and Ramaprabha. Aadhi will be seen playing Keerthy's love interest, while Jagapathi Babu plays her coach. Produced by Worth A Shot Motion Arts, the film has music composed by Devi Sri Prasad, with cinematography and editing handled by Chirantan Das and Sreekar Prasad respectively. Good Luck Sakhi will be released in Telugu, Tamil, and Malayalam languages. Keerthy Suresh's latest release, Annaatthe has turned out to be a success at the box office and she will be looking forward to maintaining the momentum with Good Luck Sakhi as well.
