Kamal Haasan's Vikram is set for a grand theatrical release this Friday, June 3 and the fans are super excitedly waiting for the d-day. Ahead of the film's release, Kamal Haasan, director Lokesh Kanagaraj, and producer R Mahendran visited Poes Garden this morning (May 29) to meet Superstar Rajinikanth and the pictures from their meeting have surfaced on social media, instantly garnering wide attention of the fans. The picture has served as a delightful Sunday treat for the film buffs.
Sharing the pictures on his official Twitter page, director Lokesh Kanagaraj tweeted, "Thank you @ikamalhaasan Sir! @rajinikanth Sir! What a friendship! inspiring Love you Sir's â¤ï¸ â¤ï¸ â¤ï¸". Details regarding the reason behind the meet are yet to be known. Produced by Kamal Haasan under the banner of Raaj Kamal Films International and presented by Udhayanidhi Stalin's Red Giant Movies, the film will have music composed by rockstar Anirudh Ravichander who has already delivered a chartbuster album. His background score music is going to be one of the major highlights of the film.
Directed by the young and promising Lokesh Kanagaraj, Vikram features Vijay Sethupathi and Fahadh Faasil as the other leads, and it is going to be nothing short of a massive treat for the fans. Kalidas Jayaram, Super Deluxe fame Gayathrie, Narain, Santhana Bharathi, Elango Kumaravel, Jaffer Sadiq, Chemban Vinod Jose, Shivani Narayanan, VJ Maheshwari, Myna Nandhini, and others play supporting roles.
Vikram will have cinematography handled by Girish Gangadharan while Philomin Raj and Sathees Kumar have taken care of the editing and art direction departments respectively. Stunts play a crucial role in the film and the action sequences are choreographed by Anbariv Masters. Vikram will be released in 5 different languages - Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi. The film has got huge hype and expectations among the movie buffs and it is expected to take a great opening at the box office.
