Bhoomi is an upcoming Tamil film starring Jayam Ravi in the lead role and notably, it happens to be the talented actor’s 25th film. This emotional action drama will feature Nidhhi Agerwal as the female lead and the film marks her debut in Tamil cinema. Produced by Ravi’s mother-in-law, Sujatha Vijayakumar under the banner of Home Movie Makers, Bhoomi is directed by Lakshman of Romeo Juliet and Bogan fame. Apart from Ravi and Nidhhi, the film also stars Ronit Roy, Sathish, Radharavi, Saranya Ponvannan, Thambi Ramaiah, and others.
The teaser of the film was released earlier this year, just a few days before the lockdown, and it opened to a good reception from the fans. The film’s teaser emphasized the importance of agriculture and also talked about the plight of farmers. Jayam Ravi's last three films - Tik Tik Tik, Adangamaru and Comali are big hits at the box office and the Thani Oruvan actor will be looking forward to continuing the success streak with Bhoomi as well.
