Illegal is an upcoming crime thriller web series starring Piyush Mishra, Akshay Oberoi and Neha Sharma in the lead roles and the series also stars Kubbra Sait, Parul Gulati, Satyadeep Mishra and Surya Lathur in an important role. Taher Shabbir Mithaiwala, Deepak Tijori, Aditi Tailang and Vicky Arora are also of the cast among others. Illegal is directed by Sahir Raza and written by Reshu Nath. The series is produced by Sameer Khan. Notably, the series was previously tilted and Law and honour during the shooting stages but the series was renamed as Illegal ahead of its release.

The plot of Illegal read, “Two high profile cases, a battery of high-power legal eagles & the number one law firm of the country. A first of its kind intense, a racy legal drama that questions whether all lawyers are mercenaries or can some resist the lure of greed, ambition and power; and fight to win defining judgements that hold the bar of justice high and restore faith in humanity?”
