Aditya Roy Kapur and Disha Patani paired together for the romantic thriller film Malang and the movie directed by Mohit Suri also featured names like Anil Kapoor and Kunal Khemu in crucial roles. The cast of Malang also had Amruta Khanvilkar, Angela Krislinzki, Elli AvrRam and Shaad Randhawa playing supporting roles. Malang was bankrolled by Luv Ranjan, Ankur Garg, Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar and Jay Shewakramani under the production banners Luv Films, T-Series and Northern Lights Entertainment. Malang has songs composed by Mithoon, Ankit Tiwari, Asim Azhar and Ved Sharma with the background score composed by Raju Singh.

Malang had a big release on February, 7th and the film received positive words from fans and the critics. Both the leading stars got accolades for their performance in the film.
