Hiphop Tamizha was last seen in Sivakumarin Sabadham which had a theatrical release across Tamil Nadu. The film was released on September 30, opening to mixed reviews from the critics and fans. Following its theatrical run, Sivakumarin Sabadham is now all set for its digital release. Yes! Sivakumarin Sabadham will stream on the Disney Hotstar platform from December 3 and the official announcement regarding the same was made by the makers, earlier today (November 23). Those who missed watching the film in the theatres can now watch it in the comfort of their homes.
Sivakumarin Sabadham is directed by Hiphop Tamizha himself, marking his second directorial film after Meesaiya Murukku. The film features Madhuri as the female lead, while Elango Kumanan, Adithya Kathir, Prankster Rahul, and VJ Parvathy played supporting roles. The film has cinematography by Arjun Raja and editing by Deepak S Dwaraknath.
Hiphop Tamizha Adhi's next release in Tamil cinema will be Anbarivu which is currently in the post production stages. Anbarivu is directed by debutant Aswin Raam and features Kashmira Pardeshi of Sivappu Manjal Pachai fame and Shivani Rajasekhar as the female leads. The film has Napoleon, Sai Kumar, Urvashi, and Marimuthu in supporting roles. Anbarivu will be Hiphop Tamizha Adhi's first film set against the rural backdrop and it is going to be interesting to see Adhi in a refreshing makeover. The film has cinematography by Madhesh Manickam and editing by Pradeep E Ragav.
Adhi has also signed a new film with director ARK Saravan of Maragatha Naanayam fame and the project is tentatively called HHT 6. Touted to be a high budgeted fantasy entertainer, HHT 6 is produced by Sathya Jyothi Films. HHT 6 is scheduled to release in theatres in the second half of 2022.
