Lena Headey, who is beets known for her role as the ruthless Queen of the seven kingdoms Cersei Lannister in HBO's monster hit show Game of Thrones recently tied the knot with Marc Menchaca of Ozark fame in Italy last week with a handful of GoT cast members in attendance.
The actor wed in Puglia, Italy last Thursday and while they have yet to publicly announce the happy news, the guests who attended the wedding have already started posting snaps of the newlyweds all over Instagram. Lena was said to be wearing a simple, white silk gown with a plunging neckline and a low back. She accessorized her bridal look with a veil. Marc, on the other hand, wore a blue three-piece suit for the occasion which he paired with a hat.
The celebration also offered the opportunity for a number of Headey's Game of Thrones co-stars to enjoy a mini-reunion. Peter Dinklage was photographed kissing another wedding guest on the cheek, while Sophie Turner and her husband Joe Jonas posed for photos with some of the other attendees. Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, Emilia Clarke, Conleth Hill, Michelle Fairley also marked their presence at the wedding festivities. Pop star Rick Astley also made an unexpected appearance, posing for selfies with guests at the ceremony.
Headey and Menchaca have been together since 2020, confirming their relationship that November after being photographed together multiple times. This is Lena's 3rd marriage. She was previously married to musician Peter Loughran for five years before filing for divorce in 2012. They had one son together, Wylie Elliot Loughran, in 2010. In 2015, she gave birth to her second child, a daughter named Teddy, with her childhood friend and boyfriend at the time, director Dan Cadan. The pair would go on to marry in 2018 and divorce the same year.
