Fahadh Faasil's much-awaited and highly anticipated film, Malik, is all set to release on July 15 and the film will have a direct OTT release on Amazon Prime Video. Ahead of the film's release, the makers have now officially released the trailer of the film. The trailer of Malik is intriguingly packed and it definitely packs a punch. The trailer introduces us to the character of Sulaiman Malik, who is considered to be a leader who fights against the social system and corrupt police to save his people. Fahadh Faasil is absolutely brilliant and with every film, he just easily manages to amaze us with his diversity as an actor.
From what we see, it looks like Malik will be a very important film in Fahadh's career and the film seems to offer him high scope to perform. Unlike some of his recent works, which were more of drama, Malik is a political action drama and let us see what the film has to offer. The trailer also gives us a glimpse of the other characters in the film and it looks like Prime Video is going to earn a solid amount of viewership with Malik. The film is set across different timelines and we will be witnessing Fahadh Faasil in multiple avatars, from his teenage to the last few days of his life.
Malik is directed by Mahesh Narayanan who made a highly impressive debut as a director with Take Off. Produced by Anto Joseph, the film features an ensemble supporting cast that includes Nimisha Sajayan, Vinay Fort, Jalaja, Joju George, Dileesh Pothan, Indrans, Salim Kumar, Sanal Aman, Dinesh Prabhakar, Parvathy Krishna, Devaki Rajendran, Divya Prabha, Rajesh Sharma, Appani Sarath, Sudhi Koppa, Asif Yogi. Malik has music composed by Sushin Shyam and cinematography handled by Sanu John Varghese.
