Director Atlee had last directed Bigil starring Thalapathy Vijay in the lead role and it was a blockbuster hit at the box office. He has already directed three other films - Raja Rani, Theri and Mersal and Bigil was his fourth directorial. Apart from being a proven hit director, Atlee is also a producer who bankrolled Jiiva’s Sangili Bungili Kadhava Thorae, directed by Ike Radha. This horror comedy was a hit venture at the box office and it impressed the mainstream general audience. It is now time for the next film from Atlee's production banner.
Yes, it has been revealed that the first look poster of Atlee’s next venture will be revealed tomorrow (April 12) evening at 5 PM in the evening. This new film is produced by Passion Studios, known for producing Arjun’s Nibunan, Vijay Sethupathi’s Seethakaathi and Siddharth’s upcoming film, Takkar. Atlee will be presenting this film through his banner A for Apple Productions. Kaithi and Master fame Arjun Das is said to play the lead role.
It is said that Atlee’s wife, Priya Atlee, might be acting in this film, but we cannot confirm anything until tomorrow.
