The whole of India was impacted by the news of young Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput's suicide! Many conspiracy theories have been going around since and the ugly head of "nepotism" has been rearing up surrounding his death. However, now there's a new twist in the tale. A case has been filed in a Bihar court against Sushant's former girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty. This case accuses Rhea of abetting Sushant Singh's suicide. A resident of Patahi in Muzaffarpur in Bihar, named Kundan Kumar, has filed this case before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Mukesh Kumar.

Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead at his house in Mumbai on June 14 and since then, his fans have been protesting against Salman Khan, Alia Bhatt, Karan Johar and a number of top Bollywood production houses. Earlier, a case was filed against these top Bollywood biggies by Sudhir Kumar Ojha alleging that they had been blocking Sushant's career from progressing, leading to his death. Now, Kundan Kumar has alleged that Rhea Chakraborty had "financially and mentally exploited" Sushant Singh Rajput and filed a case under IPC Sections 306 (abetment of suicide) and 420 (fraud). Rhea Chakraborty has already been questioned by the Mumbai Police, in connection with Sushant's suicide.
