After a long and patient wait, Atharvaa's Kuruthi Aattam is finally set for release and the film will be hitting the screens on August 5 amidst high expectations among the film buffs. The film has cleared the censor test with a U/A certificate and will release in theatres on the said date. The film is directed by the young and talented Sri Ganesh who made a promising debut in Tamil cinema with 8 Thottakkal. Ahead of the film's release, the makers have now released the official trailer and it looks highly promising. The trailer instantly holds our attention and it is packed with action.
Director Sri Ganesh seems to have got a potential winner in hand as the subject shows promise. Atharvaa, in the lead role, is effective and he seems to have gone on full rage mode with this one. After appearing in several light hearted and fun filled films, Kuruthi Aattam is a welcoming changeover which is completely intense and loaded with action. The action scenes are choreographed in a fine manner and it is sure going to be one of the major highlights of the film, due credits to stunt choreographer Vicky for the same.
Produced by T Muruganantham under the banner of Rockfort Entertainment, the film has cinematography handled by Dinesh Purushothaman whose visuals set the right kind of mood for the film. Another major positive of the trailer happens to be Yuvan Shankar Raja's background score that pumps up the mood and elevates the mass appeal of the film. Anil Krish has edited the film which has art direction by Kumar Gangappan. The entire cast seems to have delivered earnest performances and all of them fit their part really well.
Apart from Atharvaa and Priya Bhavani Shankar, the film features Radikaa Sarath Kumar, Radha Ravi, Kanna Ravi, Vatsan, Prakash Raghavan, and others in important roles.
