But something is really bothering in the recent times, he has once again established that he is not happy with his songs being remade. Recently, during a media interaction AR Rahman had stated that he is against remaking songs. Now when his song Masakali has been remade as Masakali 2.0, an upset AR Rahman has given a kick-ass sarcastic reply on his social media forum.

He has also asked his fans to listen to the original and not support the remake. His tweet reads as follows: "No short cuts, properly commissioned, sleepless nights, writes and re-writes.
