Aamir Khan's long awaited Laal Singh Chaddha is finally set for its release on August 11 and the film will have a pan Indian release on a record number of screens. While the film has been originally shot in Hindi, it will have a dubbed release in Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi, and Telugu. The fans have pinned high hopes on this one and one can surely expect the film to take a solid opening at the box office. The Tamil version of Laal Singh Chaddha will have a grand release in Tamil Nadu through Udhayanidhi Stalin's Red Giant Movies, marking the company's first acquisition of a Hindi film.
Ahead of the film's release, the makers have now released a new glimpse and this promo gives us a sneak peek into the making of Laal Singh Chaddha. We get to see how the world of Laal Singh Chaddha was built from the scratch and it has been interestingly packed. Notably, we see Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi being a part of the crew during the script reading session and it makes us only feel bad that he couldn't be a part of the film. Due to date clashes and other commitments, Vijay Sethupathi couldn't be a part of Laal Singh Chaddha and his role has now been played by Naga Chaitanya.
The promo also shows us some interesting behind the scenes, making the fans look forward to watching the film. Laal Singh Chaddha features Kareena Kapoor Khan as the female lead and is directed by Advait Chandan of Secret Superstar fame. Produced by Aamir Khan Productions in association with Viacom 18, the film has music composed by Pritam. Laal Singh Chaddha is the official Hindi remake of the classic Hollywood film Forrest Gump. The film has cinematography handled by Setu (ISC), while the editing has been taken care of b y Hemanti Sarkar.
