There has been a surge in the number of young adult films being made in India over the years with several ventures coming out from the Telugu film industry. Likewise, the recently-released Telugu young adult film, 3 Monkeys, is a comedy drama and features Sudigali Sudheer, Getup Srinu, Ram Prasad, Karunya Chowdary and Kautilya in lead roles.

Written and directed by Anil Kumar, 3 Monkeys released on February 7 has been produced under the Orugallu Cine Creations banner by G Nagesh with the film's music composed by Anil Kumar G, cinematography by Sunny Domala and Uday Kumar D serving on the editing front. The story of 3 Monkeys revolves around three friends who face unexpected troubles after they meet Karunya Chowdary playing a character named Sunny Leone with the makers continuing to carry forward innovative promotions for the film by now releasing the 'Ra Ra Ra Darikira' song's English translation video.
