Amma Kanakku, the remake of Nil Battey Sanatta, is all ready for release on June 24. The Tamil version is produced by Dhanush and has Amala Paul, Revathy in lead roles. The film narrates the story of a single mother and her relationship with her daughter. At a recent press meet, Amala Paul revealed that film like Amma Kanakku that has a strong message is every actor's social responsibility and he is fulfilling her duty with this. Producer Dhanush has assured that the film will be a breakthrough in his career and will continue supporting meaningful scripts like Amma Kanakku.
